Support serving Debian repository via Docker container instead of GitLab Pages

At the moment, the Debian repository is published using GitLab Pages. It would be useful to adapt the CI/CD templates so that the resources currently served via GitLab Pages could alternatively be served from a Docker container. The container should be restarted automatically whenever new sources are generated.
